		<description>It&#039;s definitely better than nothing, and since there&#039;s an animation, the user&#039;s eyes will follow it. Especially with advertisment, this might be the way to go, since you can&#039;t afford to loose too much screen estate for advertisment imho. I still wouldn&#039;t do it for critical content though.</description>

		<description>What&#039;s your opinion on a tab widget that toggles every few seconds or so ( aka banner widget ) and stops when the user hovers over, goes again when the user hovers out and completely stops if the user clicks? for example these are featured on http://wallmart.com/ and http://worldofgood.ebay.com/gifts/ for example? I mean that&#039;s gotta be 200-something :)
